Born and raised in Southern California, David Buckley has made San Diego his home for more than 20 years and headquarters for Eye Catcher Signs and Graphics, Inc. for the past 10 years. David attended Cal Poly Pomona School of Architecture, and went on to graduate from San Diego State University School of Business. He built his sign design and fabrication experience beginning with a job at Sign Studios in Glendale, followed by study at UCSD craft center and neon school of design. When not working to bring his customers the best in sign technology, David surfs, snowboards, and builds custom cars. He makes his home in Ocean Beach, and his loyal, energetic black lab "Cinder" can usually be found near his side at the shop or en route.

Eye Catcher signs began as a small business, and with skilled workmanship, drive, and determination, David now runs a thriving company with eight employees poised to take on even more clients and larger projects.

Justin is a Southern California native; born and raised. He started in the sign and graphics industry in 1996. He brings over 13 years of sign and graphics production experience to the Eye Catcher sign team. When he is not hard at work, he can be found at Carlsbad beach flying model airplanes.

Vicki is also a Southern California native. She adds 20+ years of sign experience to our staff and is enthusiastic to be a part of Eye Catcher Signs quality products and service. Aside from work, Vicki may be somewhere around the county in her father’s WWII Jeep.

Originally a transplant from the Midwest; Brian has over 20 years sign making experience in San Diego. Brian’s skills include Graphic Design, Large Format Graphics and Electrical Design / Fabrication.

Tim Steen brings over 20 years of experience in graphic design and sign making to Eye Catcher Signs. Tim started off as a tradeshow exhibit builder in Houston Texas. Tim has also opened his own sign production company that specializes in fleet vehicle branding. Tim holds a degree in Industrial Design from The University of Illinois. Today Tim uses his skills in our custom fabrication department here at Eye Catcher Signs.

Born and raised in Southern California as well, Carlos brings over 11 years experience in the sign industry to the Eye Catcher team as it relates to graphic design, fabrication, and Installation experience. A former Philosophy and Psychology major, Carlos decided instead to focus all his time and effort in the pursuit of furthering his level of expertise in the sign industry. Experienced in virtually all forms of sign making, Carlos brings yet another layer of expertise to the already incredibly well rounded and experienced Eye Catcher Team.  When not hard at work, Carlos can be found studying music theory and practicing martial arts.

Brad Ressler is a native Californian. Brad is new to the sign industry; He has been a carpenter for 25 years. Brad is skilled in all phases of construction. Looking to learn more about sign fabrication he is excited to be at Eye Catcher Signs. His hobbies include designing and building jewelry boxes and custom furniture.
